Do you have to live in a specific area to join the club?
Although most of our membership resides in the Fremont-Newark-Union City tri-cities area, we welcome members from throughout northern California.
Do you have to participate in the club tournaments to be a member?
No. Tournament participation is not required, although it is encouraged. Each member must participate in four tournaments to be eligible for the club championship, played every October.
Can I sign up and play in every tournament with my friends?
In order to maintain a fairness in the competition, we allow each player to choose a playing partner of their choice for every tournament. However, the club will determine which twosome you will be paired with.
Will the club post my golf scores for my handicap?
Aloha Golf Club will post all the scores from our scheduled tournament events. The club is unable to post other scores by request. Members should post their recreational scores at the golf course after each round of golf, or on the NCGA website.
